We are delighted to present a gourmet collaboration between Épices du Guerrier and 1001 Fondues that has been going on for several years: the Guerrier Cheese Fondue . This fondue with delicious local cheeses was carefully created by 1001 Fondues, highlighting the authentic and rich flavors of our Quebec terroir.

Dune Pepper , also known as the male catkin of Alnus Crispa (Crispy Alder), is a unique and valuable boreal spice. Although it is called "pepper," it is not a pepper in the botanical sense. In fact, it is the immature male catkins of the crispy alder, which visually resemble long pepper but offer a distinct resinous and lemony flavor.

It's official: Les Épices du Guerrier is continuing its expansion with the opening of its second official Boutique du Guerrier ! Located at 108, boul. des Bois-Francs N, in Victoriaville , this franchised boutique opened its doors to the public on Saturday, February 22 , marking a new step in our adventure.
