Why are certain products only available in Quebec?
Canadian regulations do not currently allow us to distribute some of our products outside the province of Quebec. We are currently working on short-term solutions that will allow us to offer them again as soon as possible.
Products unavailable outside Quebec are clearly identified, directly on the product page. If one or more of these products were nevertheless added to the basket with a delivery address outside the province of Quebec, an error message will be displayed and the transaction cannot be completed as long as the active basket contains these items.
To date, the items available for sale outside Quebec are:

How much is the online delivery charge?
Everywhere in Quebec for only $4.95! The rest of Canada varies by province.
What are the delivery times?
It normally takes 1 to 3 business days to process the order. Then, delivery usually takes 1 to 4 days before arriving at your home. Please note that these times are indicative and that due to several factors that do not depend on us, we cannot guarantee them 100%.

How does free delivery work when I create an account?
Upon creating an account, we are pleased to offer you your first free delivery (Quebec and Ontario). You will receive by email a promotional code applicable to the basket. This promo code cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion or discount and can only be used on regular priced items. It can only be used once. Are your packaging eco-responsible?
All our kraft paper formats are recyclable. We also offer reusable glass jars to store our products. We always minimize the use of plastic as much as possible in order to reduce our ecological footprint.
Do you have recipes?
Yes, our in-house chef concocts recipe cards accompanied by videos featuring seasonal products to add a boreal touch to your daily life. (Click here to subscribe)
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment we only ship to Canada and the United States.

How to get your cheese fondue?

What are the cheeses in your fondue?
1001 fondues use 100% local cheeses. We find there the Fromage Isle au grues, Le Canotier and Le Tomme de la grosse île.
Do your products contain gluten?
None of our products contain gluten, however please note that we cannot certify that any
ingredient could not have come into contact with other ingredients that may contain it.
Does your product contain garlic?
Do your products contain mustard?
Our Atikamekw and Wendat blends contain mustard.
Although none of our other blends contain mustard
in the list of ingredients, it is impossible for us to certify that no
ingredient has come into contact with mustard.
Do your products contain onion?
Here is the list of our products that do NOT contain it:

Are your products ketogenic (keto)?

Do your products contain nuts?
None of our products contain nuts, however, we cannot certify that no ingredient has been in contact with other ingredients that may contain them.
Do all of your products contain salt?
Most of our products contain salt, such as our hickory smoked salt or
marine, however it is not used in large quantities, you can see the nutritional value sheet of each of our products.
How long can I store my spices?
We recommend storing your spices in sealed bags in a dark, dry place for up to one year for optimal freshness.
What is the shelf life of your hot sauces?
One year after opening.
Where does your coffee come from?
Our coffee comes from a roaster in Abitibi and bagging is done at our warehouse near Wendake.
Our herbs
Where do your herbs come from?
Our herbs are hand-picked seasonally by our valiant warriors who hail from
different regions of Quebec. For example, dune pepper reaches its peak after the first periods of ground frost.
Is your picking responsible?
Yes! We do business with professional pickers who harvest responsibly.
What it means:
No over-picking in order to preserve the species and its reproduction
Particular attention is paid to limiting trampling in the forest, in order to preserve the wetlands where certain herbs, plants, mushrooms and spices come from. Products from different territories of Quebec to promote the reproduction of species. Picking and handling products that meet the strictest health standards.
What is dune pepper?
Dune pepper was once used as an infusion by the First Nations to combat certain flu symptoms and we use it today in our recipes to add a little peppery touch and
boreal. Its rich taste has the particularity of developing over the course of cooking and will give exquisite flavors to all your dishes.
What is sweet bay?
The balsam bayberry was once used by the First Nations as an insect repellent and for several other medicinal properties. In our blends, we only use kitten for its lively, powerful and unique aromas.

It's a system where every dollar you spend earns you points redeemable for rewards and discounts.
How to earn points?
- Place an order: 5 Points for every $1 purchase
- "Like" on Facebook 100 Points
- Share on Facebook 200 Points
- Leave a review 200 Points
- Celebrate a birthday 250 Points
How to redeem points?
Go to your rewards portal by clicking on the rewards icon at the bottom left of your screen. Log in to your account if you haven't already and click on How to Redeem Points.
Then click Redeem and choose the number of points you want to redeem. A promo code will then appear, just enter it in the appropriate section of the checkout and the discount will apply automatically.
I already generated a discount code but I can't find it anymore
No problem, all the codes generated with your points end up in your rewards portal.
Click on the Rewards icon at the bottom left of your screen, log in to your account and click on the Your Rewards button.
You will find your unused vouchers there as well as the code to be entered at the cash desk.
Can I combine promotional offers with my points?
No. Rewards points cannot be combined with any applicable shopping cart discounts, promo codes, etc.
