Lobster mushroom, also known as “crab mushroom” and “russula dermatosis,” is a prime ingredient rich in vitamins and minerals. With its firm texture and deliciously umami flavor, it adds depth and flavor to your dishes reminiscent of the taste of seafood. Very versatile, it can be used in many recipes, from risottos to pasta sauces including soups and omelettes.

Lobster mushroom is also very easy to cook since it can be sautéed, pan-fried, grilled, fried or even used canned.
