Due to the current pandemic, the Warrior spices do not refund, unless you respond to one of the following criteria:

• An error or technical problem occurred during the order;
• Your order is damaged during the reception;
• Your order never arrived

To make a refund request, you must contact us by email at info@epicesduguerrier.com. You will need to provide information to verify your identity, regain your order and identify the problem.

If your request is accepted, you will benefit from one of these options:

• partial refund of your order;
• a total refund of your order;
• A coupon discount to use online
