Refund policy

Due to the food nature of our products, Épices du Guerrier generally does not accept returns or issue refunds.

However, a refund or compensation may be granted only in the following situations:

• an error or technical issue occurred when placing your order;
• your order arrived damaged;
• your order was never delivered.

All requests must be submitted within 30 days of the order’s expected delivery date.

To submit a request, please email us at info@epicesduguerrier.com. We may request information to verify your identity, locate your order and assess the situation, such as photos of the package or product.

If your request is approved, we may, at our discretion, offer one of the following:

• a partial refund;
• a full refund;
• a replacement product;
• a credit or coupon for use online.
