Shipping policy

Our packages are sent by Purolator, Canada and UPS. We send you a tracking number when sending your package so that you can know when it will arrive at home. The majority of time (about 95%), our parcels are sent with Purolator since the service is faster. Canada and UPS will be used in remote areas, the delivery time may be longer.

 

As soon as the parcel is shipped, we are no longer responsible. We are not responsible for the flights or loss of products following the shipment if you have not requested the signature, it is your responsibility to be present during the delivery and / or send the parcel to a safe place. We will not rebate or exchange if you have not chosen the signature when you purchase.

 

We are not responsible if you made a mistake in your address when buying. You must make sure you return the right sending information.

 

You can request a survey to search for your package if you believe the deliveryman never went there. The company's research team that made the delivery will open the survey, it can take up to 2 to 4 weeks.

 

RETURN POLICY

 

You have 5 days after receiving your order to let us know if there has been a break during delivery.

 

If the deadline is exceeded, we will not be able to start repayment and return approaches.

 

If there is an error on your part for in the choice of product, or in any other aspect of the order, you must fully assume the shipping costs.

 

In no case will we reimburse a product used.

 

In case of unsatisfaction of the product, we will not refund used products that have not been recommended by our team.
