Navigate between tradition and modern cuisine, always outdoors, in these 10 15-minute episodes that will introduce you to the local terroir. Joining them is Chef Xavier Deschênes from Restaurant Saint-Amour in Quebec City, to add his two cents in capsules that offer original boreal recipes, with local ingredients.
