This easy tuna tataki makes an impressive appetizer or main course in minutes. Innu Blend adds boreal Labrador tea notes, while maple syrup gives the sesame-crusted tuna a delicate sweetness.

  • 1 tbsp maple syrup, to taste

Instructions/ Directions

  1. Sprinkle Innu Blend and sesame seeds onto a flat plate.

  2. Roll the tuna in the mixture to coat all sides.

  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear the tuna for about 30 seconds per side, until the crust is golden but the centre remains raw.
