Discover the flavors of the boreal forest with our new hand-picked wild mushroom salt. It will definitely replace your table salt! It is also suitable for salt mills if you prefer a finer grind.

Chanterelle: The most picked and most appreciated mushroom in the world; it is present on all continents and in many habitats, often very different from each other. Highly appreciated for its culinary qualities, chanterelle has a fruity smell and its taste reminds some of orange or apricot.

Lobster Mushroom (Russula Dermatosis): These mushrooms are not shaped like a lobster or crab, or even taste like them! Rather, they owe their name to their red-orange color, reminiscent of shellfish after cooking. Lobster mushrooms have a woody, nutty taste, somewhat reminiscent of matsutake, and a firm texture.

Sheepsfoot: Recognizable by its bumpy, fleshy, beige cap which can reach 15 centimeters as well as its characteristic spines, this mushroom likes to grow in humid undergrowth at the end of summer. In the kitchen, its crunchy flesh offers many possibilities and allows you to create recipes that are as healthy as they are delicious!

Ingredients: Salt, chanterelles, lobster mushrooms, sheepsfoot, spices.
