SEASONAL PRODUCT: Quantities are limited according to picking periods.

Taste profile: Inspired by the Laurentian forest, this slightly sweet blend of maple spices promises a cocktail of flavors inspiring the great outdoors. Coriander and cumin reveal somewhat earthy, even vegetal aromas, enhanced by the subtle contribution of black spruce shoots, reminiscent of the smell of young spruce shoots in the spring. Everything leaves a divine taste in the mouth.

Wendat: They occupy the estuary and the valley of the St. Lawrence, our majestic Grande Rivière. They leave their village every year for the traditional moose hunting season. This is an important time when they perpetuate the culture and traditions of their people.

  • Ideal with: moose, beef, pork, grilled vegetables;
  • Quebec maple sugar;
  • Prepared and packaged in Quebec by local artisans;
  • 60g size.
Moose: Means self-esteem, which stems from the ability to recognize the wisdom we have shown in the face of a situation and that we deserve recognition and praise.

Maple sugar: It can replace refined sugar in most cooking operations and also enhances savory dishes. It sweetens fruit salads and compotes, as well as poached fruit. It can also be used to glaze and caramelize vegetables such as carrots or turnips. First Nations appreciate its energy and nutritional value.

Wendake, near Quebec, is the only Huron-Wendat community recognized in all of Canada. It is established near the site of its former city Stadacona. The Nionwentsïo, ancestral territory claimed by this nation, includes the region of Quebec (Capitale-Nationale and Chaudière-Appalaches) and also extends slightly into northern Maine.
