Tasty side dish, simple, crispy. These mashed potatoes will make you forget about the main meal, however delicious it may be!

6 baby potatoes

1 tbsp melted garlic butter

6 small pinches Wild Mushroom Salt

Chopped chives (a few sprigs)
Instructions/ Directions
Preheat the oven to 425F
Wash and boil the potatoes for 5 to 10 minutes, or until they can be easily smashed. Drain and let cool for a few minutes.
Using a flat-bottomed plate or a small skillet, smash the potatoes one at a time to form patties.
Brush with garlic butter, sprinkle a small pinch of Wild Mushroom Salt on each potato.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, until the potatoes are crispy.
Sprinkle with chives, let cool for a few minutes, and serve. Bon appétit!
