Ingredients
- 1 cup of Matane's little shrimp
- 1/4 cup of beautiful blueberries of the lake
- 1 minced shallot
- 1 small jalapeño seeded and chopped
- 1 tablespoon of capers
- Fresh basil to taste
- Olive oil
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons of Scorbut Sauce of Warrior Spices
- 1 Bread bag, cut into thin and grilled slices
