1 cup small Matane shrimp
1/4 cup beautiful Lac blueberries (cut in half if too large)
1 chopped shallot
1 small seeded and chopped jalapeño
Chopped fresh cilantro (to taste)
1 tbsp Boreal Pepper Mix (or Bacon Pepper)
3 tbsp La Scorbut Sauce
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp sesame seeds
A few drops of sesame oil
1 baguette, thinly sliced

Instructions/ Directions

Mix the olive oil and a few drops of sesame oil.
Drizzle the oil over the baguette slices, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and roast the croutons.
Mix all the ingredients thoroughly and place on the bread.
