Croûtons aux crevettes, bleuets et sauce piquante Scorbut

Shrimp croutons, blueberries and spicy sauce Scorbut


  • 1 cup of Matane's little shrimp
  • 1/4 cup of beautiful blueberries of the lake
  • 1 minced shallot
  • 1 small jalapeño seeded and chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of capers
  • Fresh basil to taste
  • Olive oil
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons of Scorbut Sauce of Warrior Spices
  • 1 Bread bag, cut into thin and grilled slices
