Ingrédients / Ingredients
- 1 cup small Matane shrimp
- 1/4 cup beautiful Lac blueberries (cut in half if too large)
- 1 chopped shallot
- 1 small seeded and chopped jalapeño
- Chopped fresh cilantro (to taste)

1 tbsp Boreal Pepper Mix (or Bacon Pepper)

3 tbsp La Scorbut Sauce
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- A few drops of sesame oil

1 baguette, thinly sliced
Instructions/ Directions
Mix the olive oil and a few drops of sesame oil.
Drizzle the oil over the baguette slices, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and roast the croutons.
Mix all the ingredients thoroughly and place on the bread.
