Ingrédients / Ingredients
-
1 whole Brie cheese (about 200g)
-
2 tbsp Traditional Blend
-
3 tbsp Maple Syrup
-
+-12 Frozen Cranberries
-
Croutons (sliced baguette cooked with olive oil, for example)
Instructions/ Directions
Preheat the oven to 350F
Using a sharp knife, cut a 'lid' around the top circumference of the brie cheese, making sure the center is slightly deeper than the edges. (See the video)
Remove the 'brie lid'. Sprinkle 1 tbsp of Traditional Blend and pour about 1 tbsp of maple syrup. Close the 'lid'.
Place everything in an oven-safe skillet. Pour 2 tbsp of maple syrup over the closed 'lid'. Add about 1 tbsp of Traditional Blend on the cheese.
Add the cranberries on and around the cheese in the skillet.
Bake for 15 to 18 minutes. Let rest for a few minutes before serving.
Dip the croutons directly into the cheese and enjoy.
