Ingredients
- 4-6 Fresh oysters
- 1-2 oranges
- Fresh coriander
- Pungent sauce Scurbut
Path to follow
- Take the zest and supreme oranges and cut them into pieces.
- Keep 3-4 c. Juice and heat with zetes to reduce syrup for 1 to 2 minutes.
- Pour the syrup over oysters. Garnish with a coriander sheet and add spicy sauce Scurb.
