Fresh oysters with scurred by the spices of the warrior

Simple but succulent recipe for fresh oysters to taste our famous pungent sauce, scurvy.

Ingredients

  • 4-6 Fresh oysters
  • 1-2 oranges
  • Fresh coriander
  • Pungent sauce Scurbut

 

Path to follow

  1. Take the zest and supreme oranges and cut them into pieces.
  2. Keep 3-4 c. Juice and heat with zetes to reduce syrup for 1 to 2 minutes.
  3. Pour the syrup over oysters. Garnish with a coriander sheet and add spicy sauce Scurb.
