  2. Rehydrate them in very hot water (or broth) for 15 to 30 minutes.
  3. Slice them into small pieces before adding them to your dishes, such as:
    • Spaghetti sauce
    • Forest sauce
    • Stew
    • Risotto, etc.
  4. The rehydration broth can also be used to add a rich, savory touch to your favorite recipes.
