1 bottle Fruity Blackcurrant Wine by Cassis Mona & Filles

250 ml apple cider

200 ml orange juice

3 tbsp maple sugar

1 apple
-
1 orange
-
1 grapefruit (optional)

½ cup raspberries
-
½ cup blueberries
-
2 cloves
- 2 cinnamon sticks
Instructions/ Directions
In a large pitcher, add half of the blueberries, the raspberries, and the maple sugar.
Using a muddler, crush the fruits and sugar into a coarse purée.
Insert the cloves into orange slices and add them to the fruit purée.
Add ice and all the remaining ingredients, stir well. Let sit for 10 minutes.
Serve in a wine glass, garnished with a slice of grapefruit or orange and a cinnamon stick.
