THE RECIPES OF THE WARRIOR

Salmon

  1. Cover salmon surface with Warrior’s Spices
  2. Let the salmon sit in the fridge 10 minute
  3. Preheat oven to 400 ° F (200 ° C).
  4. Cover the salmon with aluminum foil and place the salmon in the oven for 16 to 18 minutes
  5. Take the salmon out of the oven.
  6. Open the foil, sprinkle again a pinch of spices and close the foil.
  7. Take out the papillote and enjoy

Chicken

  1. Mix enough olive oil with the Spices of the Warrior
  2. Add spice mixture to chicken & mix well
  3. Sear on the grill or in a frying pan (2 minutes on each side)
  4. In a baking dish, place the chicken on small pieces of bacon
  5. Bake for 35-45 minutes at 375 °F (190 °C)
  6. Add a bit of the Spices of the Warrior
  7. Let it sit for 5 minutes

Brisket

  1. Cover the brisket with the Spices of the Warrior
  2. Wrap around with plastic wrap and leave in the fridge for 24-48 hours
  3. Place the brisket on a super-hot grill and brown on each side
  4. In a baking dish, add broth (1/4 of meat level) and place the brisket in it
  5. Add the Spices of the Warrior
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 8-11 hours at 185°F (85°C)
  7. Let the meat sit for 4 hours and serve

Salmon Tartar

  1. Cover the brisket with the Spices of the Warrior
  2. Wrap around with plastic wrap and leave in the fridge for 24-48 hours
  3. Place the brisket on a super-hot grill and brown on each side
  4. In a baking dish, add broth (1/4 of meat level) and place the brisket in it
  5. Add the Spices of the Warrior
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 8-11 hours at 185°F (85°C)
  7. Let the meat sit for 4 hours and serve

El Nachos

  1. In a baking dish, add salsa (or homemade Salsa; tomatoes, onions, scallions, peppers, coriander, S&P)
  2. Add chips
  3. Add a lot of Salsa on top
  4. Add grated cheese (mozzarella and cheddar)
  5. Add fresh chopped chives
  6. Bake at 375 °F (190 °C) until the cheese is golden-brown
  7. Add Spices of the Warrior just before serving

Bloody Caesar

  1. Moisten the rim of each glass with orange or lemon wedges
  2. Dip the rims in the Spices of the Warrior
  3. Add some ice cubes and Vodka
  4. Add Hot sauce and Worcestershire sauce
  5. Fill with Clamato juice (or tomato juice)
  6. Add a little bit of pepper
  7. Add a bacon strip to the Bloody Caesar
